7.19c highlights

- Blade mail nerfed (cd and armor given).
- Dark Willow now got the thorough nerf treatment, nothing individually huge but every single ability took a hit. Probably not dead, but the compound effect may be pretty large.
- Grimstroke Ink Swell no longer silences, disarms, or protects from autoattack. So now just a short ion shell that stuns and damages at expiry.
- Spectre got renerfed. I have to think she is pretty low-tier by now, I feel she was coasting a bit on momentum after the previous patch already.
- WK got a pretty substantial nerf to his stun.
- Just because I complained about it the other day: Earthshaker aghs Totem no longer works while rooted.
