Well, they moved my prize ticket from easter lan to summer lan (if it happens) whos up for summer lan assuming the zombie apocalypse hasn't happened!

I would guess that travel will still be constrained by then, and this whole mess has rather crushed my plans of getting paid at all this year, so odds are not awesome. If things loosen up a bit on both fronts though I'll certainly do my best to make it.

So no lan this year. Time to sit back and reflect on good times at lans past.
I think the two that stand out in my memory are CuJo winning the first PUBG tournament hiding in a bush literally the entire time, and the Glados pub quiz. Well, lots of other things as well, but the two which others are likely to remember.

A top memory of last year is the wholesomeness of how happy Bob was with his hotel breakfast.

Harambe world record pub quiz was the best! PUBG lan was good all things considered. Dota tournaments were good.

TF2 tent lan was best lan
one of the early ones!Other wise the Dota 2 tournament and the highlander tournament were both great events.
Some amazing tf2 finals.
Playing SC2 with the invaders and pulling off all sorts of cheese!

Oh man, obviously first LAN meeting up with you guys is pretty memorable (2013 I think? i49), first LAN I did pub quiz too
Other than that, definitely GLaDOS pub quiz, the dota tournament that was so tightly packed I forgot to eat all weekend (And when I finally did eat, I was presented with a piece of beef that was like concrete :face_with_tears_of_joy:
iHunt is always good fun, nothing makes memories like running around trying to solve the puzzle of the garlic and herb dip.

Yeah, the actual best for me was that DOTA tournament lan, was a great one. Still no idea how we did as well as we did. Mostly wanted to pick a few less obvious community-wide events

Best lans were early TF2 ones and the Dota money one ofc - PUBG one was... long.

Looking real rough for summer lan this year as well. Probably travel without completed vaccination will be either inadvisable or forbidden, and I doubt I am getting shot 1 until august. Need to just commit to going 2022 beforehand, before I realize I'll at that point be past an even more ridiculous point of being way too old :q
