There's a lot of really subtle stuff that I think will make a big difference in reality. Like observers going from 1600 vision to 1400. Not a huge numbers change, but the old square does work its way in there. Or a lot of the cheap items losing base stats (basi, headdress and buckler all have no strength/agility/intelligence on them anymore). Or tp going from 50 gold to 90 gold. All of which makes at least support life a bit more complicated again.
Boots of travel being back to having same cooldown as tp (though actually now they passively "upgrade" the tp's) will also change the lategame a lot, splitpush again becoming a real threat. No runes at 2 minutes will no doubt change mid a lot.

Ursa nearly breaking into 60% win rate. Tinker 37%, haha nerd.

I think I have now flipped to battlefury just being good, and from here being happy when we pick a core that builds it. The fightier damage mix already had me mostly convinced, but the buildup is back to being pretty nice now too.

One I didn't read but Purge feels is so good as to be broken is Spirit Breaker Aghs. So, well, Earth Spirit practice on hold for a bit.
And, I mean, he is entirely right that there is no item that Spirit Breaker otherwise needs/wants after boots and urn. So no opportunity loss building it.
