Download the insomnia app. Seriously it looks OK and has the schedule and everything.
This year we are a whopping 8 people in our group? Please contribute with suggestions for activities. These are the points of interest I have found so far. I also plan on checking out Crash Team Racing in the Expo area and possibly Tekken 7. I don't know anything about how official and popular PUBG challenge or "Scheduled games" are.

Overall I can't say I have terribly many plans, but I'll make it a point this year to pick up whatever game seems to be of interest in the crowd.

Pub quiz, and some board games would be good!

I don't think Pub Quiz was ever up for debate, Bob. I would like to see some in house games / competitions. Dota Underlords is pretty simple and has a cap of 8 people. Could even do it on thursday because people with rentals have a hard time downloading large games on the first day.

Oh yeah, underlords is a perfect example on picking up games. I've been putting off learning it, but it'll be a nice social thing to do at lan since I can peek over peoples shoulders and learn the ropes when knocked out (or get micromanage by Bob when he gets knocked out first due to a particularly harebrained scheme).

We'll also be teaching b0nes dota btw.
